The Hans Hedemann Surf School (HHSurf) is committed to respecting your privacy. We recognize your need for reasonable control of personally identifiable information that you share with us. Personally identifiable information is any information that is associated with your name. HHSurf will only use your information to better understand your needs, interests, and to provide you with better service. HHSurf is affliated with Activities & Attractions Association of Hawaii, dba: HawaiiFun.org, who helps facilitate our reservation booking system and any information regarding a reservation of your surf experience will be accessed by Activities & Attractions Association of Hawaii, dba: HawaiiFun.org. HawaiiFun.org's privacy policy can be veiwed here. HHsurf policy regarding the privacy of your information is based on the Federal Trade Commission's five core principles of privacy protection.

HHSurf provides this Privacy Statement to make you aware of our privacy policy and practices and of the choices you can make about the way your information is collected and used. Once you choose to provide us with personal information, you can be assured that it will only be used to support your customer relationship with HHSurf.

Unless we have your permission or are required by law, we will not share any personal data you provide with us.

HHSurf will strive to keep your personally identifiable information accurate. HHSurf will provide you with access to your information upon request. We are working to make it easier for you to review and change the information about you via online access. To protect your privacy and security, we will also take reasonable steps to verify your identity before granting access to your data.

HHSurf and Activities & Attractions Association of Hawaii, dba: HawaiiFun.org is committed to ensuring the security of your information. To prevent unauthorized access or disclosure, maintain data accuracy and ensure the appropriate use of the information, Activities & Attractions Association of Hawaii, dba: HawaiiFun.org has in place appropriate physical, managerial procedures that following the PCI compliance rules of Visa/MasterCard. All data regarding credit card information is encrypted and transferred to VeriSign a subsidiary of Pay Pal for processing and future reference. Credit card numbers used to hold a reservation that are not processed at the time of booking are only used for processing payment and are not used for other purposes. These are purged from our systems once every 2 months.
